By public transport
Convenient, fast and reliable, public transport is probably the best way to get around Lausanne and the rest of Switzerland. The M1 metro brings you to the SwissTech Hotel from Renens station or from the center of Lausanne. It runs every 5 minutes and the journey takes between 5 and 10 minutes.rnrnThe hotel entrance is directly on the platform in the direction Lausanne > Renens.
By car
The SwissTech Hotel is four minutes from the “Lausanne Sud, UNIL – EPFL” freeway exit. A 180-space public parking lot is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
Take the A1 freeway towards Lausanne Sud, exit 2: St. Sulpice UNIL – EPFL. Continue on Route du Lac until you reach the EPFL entrance. Immediately turn right onto Av. Forel and, at the end of this street, turn left onto Av. de la Sorge.
Then follow signs for SwissTech Convention Center / Les Arcades / SwissTech Hotel.
Vehicle parking: Parking EPFL – SwissTech Village.
Once parked, take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Exit the building and turn left towards the metro tracks. Once you’ve reached the corner of the building, turn left again. SwissTech is the third shop on your left.
